A merchant navy officer and former sailing competitor, Nils worked on various types of merchant ships, both as a lieutenant and as an engineer. Today he coordinates the technical and commercial developments of Zéphyr & Borée, and directs the project. Zéphyr & Borée is a startup that designs disruptive cargo ships fitted with wing-sails to reduce the shipping industry carbon footprint.
