Cédric Simonin

CEO OF TRIANON RESIDENCES, FRANCE

He is the CEO of Trianon Résidences since 2013. He also participated in the creation of the Vivialys Group in 1999, the parent company of the brand he manages. Thus independent family group is now the 20th largest real estate group in France.

After studying at the École Supérieure des Professions Immobilières and the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, Cédric Simonin joined a friend from Alsace - whom he met during his studies - to create the Maisons Stéphane Berger brand in Mulhouse in September 1999. From 2001, he developed the brand in the Bas-Rhin region. Maisons Stéphane Berger's momentum was such that it was ranked number one among Alsace's builders of individual houses in 2005.

In 2004, Cédric Simonin opened the Bas-Rhin branch of Carré de l'Habitat, the second brand created by the Group, to develop a unique and innovative concept of grouped individual houses: the Duplex-Jardin.

Appointed president of Trianon Résidences in June 2013, Cédric Simonin expanded the already very active brand in southern Alsace by developing it in the Bas-Rhin. The same year, he gave concrete expression to his vision of a responsible builder by creating the "Healthy Building" label by surrounding himself with experts from the medical profession and by forging solid partnership relations with industrialists. Since 2014, the quality of the air inside the homes has been one of the 5 pillars that structure Trianon Résidences' offer (air & well-being ; external spaces, art & link ; mobility & nearby ; innovation ; serenity & security).

In 2018, Cédric Simonin created the Strategic Marketing Division and piloted innovation for all Vivialys Group brands, driven by a deep conviction: "As builders, we have a social and environmental responsibility at the crossroads between building housing with the least impact on the environment and the very individualistic needs of the user!".

According to Cédric Simonin, no one can act alone for the good of all. Health and social cohesion are essential for our fellow citizens. It is in this spirit that he initiates joint discussions with public institutions such as ADEME, academics from the medical profession and renowned allergists, and major industrialists such as Saint Gobain, and that he regularly speaks out about the brand's commitment and progress towards "the best in housing". Today, Cédric Simonin is preparing to establish his brand in the Rhône-Alpes region.
